We are looking for an expert in Proposal Development / Bid writer.
Tasks and responsibility:
- Bid writing and proposal development
- Process management
- Framework analysis, defining priorities and objectives
- Project technical writing, detailed activities and outputs drafting
- Defining project requirements: Budgetary allocations and timeline for implementation
- Structuring high-level consortium
Qualification and Experience required:
- University Degree
- 5 years of working experiences in EU project proposals and management
- Italian mother tongue or excellent level of Italian
- Excellent English (ability to communicate accurately in writing and orally, ability to write proposals in English)
- Other EU languages are a plus (especially German and French)
- Experience in working with EU institutions
- Able to work independently
- Service oriented, good organisational skills, good communication skills, eye for detail, team spirit
- Rigorous and able to meet deadlines and priorities
- Able to draft routine correspondence and edit materials
- Fully computer literate; knowledge of the main software and programmes
- Experience in ERP is a plus
- Flexibility, adaptability and solidarity with co-workers

We are offering a temporary contract (one year) subject to potential modification into a permanent contract. Details: a 1st level contract under the conditions of "ccnl commercio"
