We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Milan to manage and develop new business opportunities and
clients. The primary responsibility is to drive and grow new business revenues.
The key responsibility is to expand our client portfolio in the Italian market with ownership over the entire sales
process from first contact, developing ideas and concepts together with our creative team, to closing the deal for
our video and digital solutions.
The ideal candidate is a charismatic seller with a track record of acquiring and managing new accounts, creating
unique and valuable partnership proposals.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals
- Track record working with large brands and media agencies, including develop and sell creative ideas to senior
- Creative mindset and passion for the world of online video
- Profound knowledge of relevant social media platforms

- Great communication skills in English
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new accounts
- Independently research and prospect using a variety of techniques including online research, networking and active
participation in industry events
